Bus Factor sponsorship (R 8000)
Sponsor a return bus ticket, accommodation and food for a financial awardee participant
Details
This year we are working to connect Southern African Python communities by supporting young Pythonistas with bus tickets, accommodation, and a few other needs. The goal is to send people home with new ideas, inspiration and connections.
R8000 covers: - one return bus ticket - accommodation at a local hostel - a conference ticket
You can choose to sponsor any number of people. The official starting price is R8000 but even less than that is helpful. It all adds up!

Beginners Day (R 7000)
Support 10 attendees at our Beginners day workshops and events
Details
We will be hosting a Beginners Day event on 14 October. This is a FREE full day of beginner-friendly tutorials and talks designed to welcome more people into the Python community.
This will be free, but we will have to cover our venue and catering costs. It costs us roughly R700 per person. The more money we can raise for this, the more doors we can open.

Catering (R 50000)
Pay for a single named meal (breakfast, lunch, tea break) for all attendees on a given day.
Details
Catering for 250 Pythonistas is an expensive exercise.
The sponsorship benefits are similar to those of the Gold sponsorship level. Please contact us if you are interested in sponsoring a meal and we'll figure out what benefits will suit you best.
